Social business adoption remains a hot topic with the business crowd. While larger companies like IBM, Oracle and EMC are doing well in extending customer interactions into the social space, others are just getting started.
Speaking from my experience at EMC, I can confidently say any company, big or small, is still at all stages of the adoption curve. This was something I had to constantly remind myself of at EMC, where the company was (and still is) moving at the right side of that curve. But there are many groups in the company just getting started.
