Online Journalism
Offered through UMassOnline periodically through the year, this online journalism course is geared both to journalism students and other professional roles. Get the skills necessary to be a driving force in today’s social world. Students explore online news through social media, writing for the web and through the semiotics of information design.
Course is open to all and is a core component of the online Certificate of Journalism and an elective for the Information Technology minor.
