For a few years at the OG Hangar in Amherst, I had a side gig designing the Hangar’s drink menu (while also forming an ass groove in a bar stool, lol). Funny looking at this now when I count a whopping two IPAs on the menu, long before the Amherst Brewing days, no less. And let’s pour one out for Paper City.
