Climbing the Beanstalk

In CC Daily, I share how my team embraced the metaphor of “climbing the beanstalk” to describe our professional journey. While we haven’t found magic beans or golden geese, we’ve discovered that real growth is possible—even in flat organizational structures where traditional career ladders aren’t always visible. By building an integrated ecosystem of services and grounding our work in purpose, strengths-based leadership, and frameworks like Gallup’s Q12 and Simon Sinek’s “Start With Why,” we’ve created space for intentional development. I believe leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about influence, self-awareness, and showing up with purpose every day. Growth doesn’t have to be vertical; it can be lateral, deep, or outward. What matters most is that we keep climbing.
